Meet Amy

I direct learning and development efforts for government, corporate and higher education clients. I champion teams of instructional designers, trainers, multimedia specialists and data analysts to create impactful micro-learning,  instructor-led and virtual instruction.
  • Manage teams of instructional designers, multimedia specialists, trainers and data analysts.
  • Design and produce impactful learning solutions, including instructor led, blended, and online for end users in higher education, government and corporate settings.
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and mapping curriculum to address knowledge gaps.
  • Organize learning events and conferences for up to 450 attendees.
  • Develop budgets for designing, assessing and delivering instruction in a variety of formats.
  • Communicate with vendors and evaluating technologies to support instruction and business processes.
  • Represent organizations as an invited speaker at conferences and events.
